Custom Artwork & Production Approval Policy

1. Digital Proof Approval | 3D 

To ensure absolute accuracy, all customized orders—including custom graduation stoles, embroidered patches, diploma covers, academic regalia, and ceremonial display textiles—are manufactured strictly according to the final 3D digital mockup (proof) approved by the client.

  • Client Review Responsibility: Before mass production begins, our design team will provide a detailed digital proof outlining logo placement, embroidery/print dimensions, Pantone (PMS) color codes, font styles, and garment specifications.

  • Final Authorization: Mass production will ONLY commence upon receiving written approval (via Email or WhatsApp) from the client.

2. Production Lock-In & Order Modifications 

Once a digital proof is officially confirmed by the client and queued into our factory production department:

  • No Layout or Color Changes: No modifications regarding text, logo positioning, Pantone colors, or garment sizing can be made to the order.

  • Strict Process Compliance: Our tailoring, embroidery, and printing departments will execute the order exactly as specified in the approved file.

3. File Quality & Content Disclaimer 

To maintain premium manufacturing standards, clients are encouraged to provide high-resolution vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF).

True Spectrum Textile is not liable for manufacturing discrepancies resulting from client-side errors, including but not limited to:

  • Typos, spelling errors, or incorrect dates (e.g., incorrect graduation year charms or misspelled institutional names) provided in client-approved graphics.

  • Low-resolution, pixelated, or blurry logos supplied by the customer.

  • Unintended design elements or incorrect Greek letter arrangements present in the client's final approved proof.
