Shipping, Damage, and Global Delivery Conditions

• For orders utilizing our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services to designated routes in the USA, Europe, South America, and Africa, True Spectrum takes full responsibility for customs clearances and initial import transit safety.

• Display hardware (aluminum frames, iron bases) can occasionally face rough handling during international transit. Customers must inspect all packages upon arrival. If the hardware frame is bent or damaged during transit, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged shipping box and the product, and we will dispatch replacement parts to ensure your event deadline is met.

• We provide official Certificates of Origin (Form F for Chile, Form R for Peru, etc.) to support 0% import tariffs for our global partners.
