1. Global DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Logistics 

To provide a seamless, worry-free procurement experience for our international university partners and distributors across North America, Europe, South America, Africa, and Australasia, True Spectrum specializes in comprehensive DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping solutions.

• Full Customs Handling: For all eligible DDP routes, True Spectrum takes 100% responsibility for export customs clearance, international freight forwarding, import customs clearance, and pre-paying all local import tariffs, taxes, and port fees.

• Direct-to-Door Delivery: Your seasonal regalia inventory, custom stoles, and event textiles are delivered directly to your campus bookstore, warehouse, or designated event venue without hidden charges or administrative logistics burdens on your side.

2. Moisture-Proof Packaging & Transit Damage Claims 

We recognize that academic regalia, plush velvet gowns, and foil-stamped diploma covers require delicate protection during transit. All products are individually polybagged and packed in heavy-duty, moisture-resistant, reinforced corrugated export cartons to withstand international transit.

Inspection & Damage Claim Procedure:

• Arrival Inspection: Customers are required to inspect outer shipping cartons and internal merchandise immediately upon delivery.

• Transit Damage Protocol: In the rare event that packages suffer rough handling, water damage, or carton crushing during transit that affects the product quality, please contact our trade managers within 7 calendar days with clear photos/videos of the damaged outer shipping box, tracking label, and affected merchandise.

• Fast-Track Replacement: Upon verification, we will immediately initiate Priority Remanufacturing & Air Freight Dispatch for replacement garments, accessories, or fabrics to ensure your fixed commencement date is protected.

3. Tariff Preferential Support & Certificates of Origin 

As an established export-oriented manufacturer, True Spectrum actively supports our global trade partners in minimizing landed import costs through official trade agreements.

Upon request, our documentation department provides official Certificates of Origin (CO) to help your business qualify for preferential or 0% import tariffs, including:

• Form F (China-Chile Free Trade Agreement)

• Form R (China-Peru Free Trade Agreement)

• Form E (ASEAN Trade Area)

• RCEP Certificate of Origin & General CO for North American and European imports.
