Return and Refund Policy for Customized Goods

• Non-Returnable: Because customized advertising hardware and printed materials possess unique branding specific to your business, these items cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made products due to client-side order changes or event cancellations.

• Factory Fault Warranty: If a product arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect size specifications compared to the approved mockup, broken hardware components, or severe sewing faults), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will immediately arrange a priority factory reproduction or ship out free replacement parts/fabrics.
