  • Account & Contact Information: When you register for an Account, request a bulk wholesale quote, or contact us directly, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, telephone number, and WhatsApp contact number.

  • Custom Artwork & Design Files: To manufacture your advertising equipment (such as custom tents, tension fabric displays, and custom flags), we collect and store the design files, logos, corporate branding graphics, and Adobe Illustrator (AI)/PDF templates you upload or send to our sales managers.

  • Payment and Billing Information: When you place an order, we collect billing addresses, shipping addresses, and payment details. All payment processing is securely handled by encrypted third-party payment gateways (such as Shopify Payments or PayPal); we do not store your raw credit card data on our servers.

  • Process, manufacture, and deliver your customized display hardware and flag orders.

  • Manage logistics, customs clearing, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping services to ensure stress-free delivery to regions like the United States and South Africa.

  • Communicate with you via email or WhatsApp regarding order proofs, digital mockups, shipping tracking numbers, and manufacturing timelines.

  • Send you professional marketing communications and seasonal volume discount updates if you have opted in.

  • Find and prevent fraudulent transactions or security issues.

3. Intellectual Property & Commercial Artwork Protection

As a professional B2B manufacturer, True Spectrum respects your company’s intellectual property.

  • All corporate logos, trade designs, and artwork files submitted for manufacturing purposes will be treated with strict confidentiality.

  • We will never resell, reuse, or publicly disclose your customized brand designs to third parties.

  • Your production designs are archived on our secure factory servers strictly to facilitate effortless repeat orders and (Replacement Graphics) for your subsequent marketing campaigns.

4. Log Files & Cookies

True Spectrum follows a standard procedure of using log files and cookies. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information to improve website layout and user experience.

True Spectrum's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. In order to fulfill your B2B order, we may share essential shipping and contact details with trusted third-party service providers, including:

  • International freight forwarders and logistics carriers specialized in delivering heavy display hardware to handle import/export customs clearance on your behalf.

6. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to request that a business disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers, and request that a business delete any personal data. True Spectrum does not sell any personal or corporate information of our buyers under any circumstances.
