Brand Name: "True Spectrum" is our registered trading brand name. Unauthorized use of our brand name, logo, or manufacturing design assets in any marketplace or commercial setup without our written consent is a violation of our trademark rights.

2. Customer Artwork & Third-Party Copyright Indemnification (Crucial for Custom Printing)

As a custom manufacturer of advertising display hardware and commercial flags, True Spectrum prints designs directly provided by the client.

Client Responsibility: The customer warrants that they possess full legal ownership, licensing rights, or explicit authorization for all logos, corporate brand imagery, trademarks, slogans, and artwork files submitted to True Spectrum for custom printing.
Indemnification Clause: True Spectrum acts strictly as a print service provider and tool manufacturer. We do not inspect or verify the trademark validity of client-provided designs. The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless True Spectrum, its directors, and employees against any legal claims, copyright infringements, intellectual property disputes, or financial damages arising from the production of graphics requested by the client.

3. Product Usage, Hardware Assembly, and Safety Disclaimer

Our expanded commercial product line includes large-scale event hardware, including but not limited to custom canopy tents, tension fabric walls (pop-up backdrops), and outdoor beach flags.

Correct Assembly: Customers are entirely responsible for the secure, proper setup and anchoring of all advertising display hardware according to standard event industry instructions.
Weather Conditions: While our advertising tents and beach flag poles are engineered with premium materials, they are intended for temporary event promotion and are not permanent architectural structures. True Spectrum is not liable for structural hardware failure, property damage, or physical injury caused by extreme weather conditions (such as severe storms, high wind speeds, lightning), improper ground weighting (failure to use water bags/sandbags), or negligent assembly by the user.

4. B2B Product Representation Accuracy

We strive to display our manufacturing capabilities, display frame designs, and flag fabric qualities as accurately as possible on our online B2B catalog.

Color Matching: Due to differences in digital monitor settings, the true ink penetration properties of fabrics (such as 100D polyester and 210D nylon), and the high-temperature dye-sublimation process, a slight color variation from screen to fabric may occur. For strict branding color fidelity, clients must provide official Pantone (PMS) codes before production commences.
Design Modifications: To ensure structural safety and product optimization, our factory reserves the right to make minor technical updates to the hardware dimensions, pole tracking systems, or fabric lock designs without prior notice, provided these adjustments do not diminish the functional utility of the order.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Legal Notice, our professional sales contracts, and all manufacturing transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and international trade laws.
Any formal disputes, contract disagreements, or legal claims arising between True Spectrum and the purchasing entity that cannot be resolved amicably through standard B2B negotiation (via our sales managers or WhatsApp/email documentation) shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the designated arbitration or trade courts holding jurisdiction over our corporate operations.
